It’s party time at Waterford Harley-Davidson
Waterford Harley-Davidson is celebrating 22 years in business this month.
To mark that milestone the crew will be hosting an open day on Saturday 13th September.
It’s a birthday party – and you’re all invited!
Back in 2003, after many years – some say decades – an avid motorcyclist and motorcycle store owner by the name of Lenny Burns made the decision to take on a new challenge and open a Harley-Davidson store.
Thus Waterford Harley-Davidson was born. It quickly become the US brand’s representative in the south and south-east of the country.
The team that were assembled quickly established a reputation for delivering a quality service in new vehicle sales, pre owned machines and rider clothing.
A very busy store was finished out with a comprehensive parts and accessories counter and a workshop that rapidly earned a great name for the quality and attention to detail when it comes to working on customers bikes, preparing new machines and building one-off builds.

As motorcyclists themselves, the people who work in the store have proven able to deliver that all important ‘bit above’ what might be expected.
They intimately know what it is to be a rider, and they go the extra mile when preparing machines.
This is reflected in the customer loyalty that they’ve built up and the size of the store’s HOG club.
It takes a lot to run a store like this and the crew continually step up to the plate to do so.
In celebration of the anniversary the team will be having a one-day sale on stock clothing and equipment.
Tech support
The technical whizzes will also be on hand to offer advice and answer any questions about the service and maintenance side of things, and the clothing specialists will also be on hand to advise on kit and assist with fittings.
Used bikes and ex-demos will be available to test ride, although making an appointment with Mohamed will help.
There’ll also be food and even live music. It is, after all, a party!
Invitations are extended to all. If you want to accept – and why wouldn’t you? – you’ll find Waterford Harley-Davidson in the old part of the city, on Ozier Park in Poleberry.
