Hours: 37.5 weekly with overtime opportunities

This is an excellent opportunity to take on a varied and important role at one of the Ireland’s fastest growing specialist brokers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer, insurer and financial administration in relation to the specialist policies we arrange.

Those responsibilities will primarily relate to motorcycle insurance, although our dynamic business is also growing its presence in the private car and home insurance sectors.

This role will require the prompt and efficient resolution of customer queries across all of our communication channels, together with insurer enquiries.

Other responsibilities include updating customer records, applying our fraud prevention policies, managing policy validation and promoting the retention of customers through effective payment support and the offering of competitive renewals.

Joining a friendly and supportive team, the successful candidate will need familiarise themselves with our products, compliance protocols, company policies and procedures, the Transactor insurance system,

The successful candidate will offer:

  • The ability to confidently manage their own workload.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills.
  • A commitment to learning and adhering to our regulatory compliance requirements and other policies and procedures.
  • A friendly and confident telephone manner.
  • The ability to successfully manage and resolve customer queries, including prioritising and escalating as appropriate.
  • Certification as an Accredited Product Adviser (APA) or above and, with our support, a commitment to developing skills and securing further professional qualifications

In addition, because we like to get out and meet our customers, the successful candidate may be required to attend motorcycle shows across the island of Ireland, with potential overnight stays.
